No redistribution. You may not resell, share, re-upload, give away, or otherwise redistribute any Content from this site — in whole or in part, free or paid, modified or unmodified — to any other person or platform. Content is licensed to you alone.
What You May Do
- Use the Content to create your own original music and projects, within the scope of the license you purchased.
- Keep a personal backup copy for your own use.
What You May Not Do

- Resell, sublicense, lease, or trade the Content, on its own or bundled into another kit or pack.
- Claim the raw Content, sounds, or project files as your own for sale.
Ownership
All Content remains the intellectual property of 1way. A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Enforcement
Violating these Terms — especially the redistribution rules above — immediately terminates your license, and we reserve the right to pursue any remedies available under law.
